Taiyi is a yellow-white star in the constellation Draco 95.5 ly from Earth. Its surface is about 7,443 K, about 1.3 times the Sun's surface temperature, and it shines at 6.05× the Sun's brightness. At magnitude 5.2 it is bright enough to see with the naked eye; the light you see left it 96 years ago.
