Wasat is a yellow-white star in the constellation Gemini 60.5 ly from Earth. Its surface is about 7,022 K, about 1.2 times the Sun's surface temperature, and it shines at 11.91× the Sun's brightness. At magnitude 3.5 it is bright enough to see with the naked eye; the light you see left it 60 years ago.
