Nihal is a yellow dwarf much like our Sun in the constellation Lepus 160 ly from Earth. Its surface is about 5,260 K, about 0.9 times the Sun's surface temperature, and it shines at 158× the Sun's brightness. At magnitude 2.8 it is bright enough to see with the naked eye; the light you see left it 160 years ago.
