Rho CrB is a yellow dwarf much like our Sun in the constellation Corona Borealis 56.2 ly from Earth. Its surface is about 5,921 K, and it shines at 1.81× the Sun's brightness. At magnitude 5.4 it is bright enough to see with the naked eye; the light you see left it 56 years ago.
